    The PPDX Capsule Filter is constructed with pleated polypropylene depth media for high-capacity prefiltration and particle removal in pharmaceutical and healthcare applications. These hydrophilic filters are rated at 99.9% efficiency and are ideal for liquids with moderate to high particulate loads.

    With broad chemical compatibility and long service life, PPDX capsule filters deliver cost-effective performance in applications ranging from process water to medications and device cleaning.

    • Recommended Changeout: 35 psid (2.41 bard)

    Sterilization & Cleaning:

    • Autoclave: 250 °F (121 °C), 30 min, 25+ cycles
    • Inline Steam: 275 °F (135 °C), 30 min
    • Hot Water: 194 °F (90 °C), 30 min, max 3 psid forward
    • Compatible with hydrogen peroxide, peracetic acid, sodium hypochlorite, and other standard sanitizers
