The PPCX Capsule Filter is a validated, double-layered, positively charged PES membrane filter engineered for absolute-rated sterilization and endotoxin removal. Designed for aqueous solutions containing negatively charged biological contaminants, PPCX is ideal for pharmaceutical and bioprocessing applications requiring high flow and high retention.
PPCX capsules offer broad chemical compatibility and deliver > 3-log removal of endotoxins while meeting FDA and USP standards for purity and performance.

Sterilization & Cleaning:
• Autoclave: 250 °F (121 °C), 30 min, 25+ cycles
• Inline Steam: 275 °F (135 °C), 30 min
• Hot Water: 194 °F (90 °C), 30 min, max 3 psid forward
• Compatible with hydrogen peroxide, peracetic acid, and standard cleaning agents
