The FGDX Filter features pleated fiberglass depth media designed for high-throughput clarification and prefiltration of aqueous liquids in food, beverage, and industrial applications. With a 99% retention efficiency and high contaminant-holding capacity, FGDX filters are suitable for both critical and general service use where fiber-free effluent is required.

The fibrous construction allows for excellent flow rates, reduced loading on downstream filters, and potential cleaning and reuse in specific applications. Available in capsule and cartridge configurations, FGDX is built using identical materials across sizes to ensure consistent performance at all scales.

• Max Operating Temp (Water): 180 °F at 30 psid (cartridge), 110 °F at 30 psid (capsule)
• Forward Pressure Limit: 80 psid at 68 °F
• Reverse Pressure Limit: 50 psid at 68 °F
• Recommended Changeout: 35 psid

Sterilization & Cleaning:

• Autoclave: 250 °F (121 °C), 30 min, 25+ cycles
• Inline Steam: 275 °F (135 °C), 30 min
• Hot Water: 194 °F (90 °C), 30 min, max 3 psid forward
• Compatible with H₂O₂, peracetic acid, bleach, etc.
